1. How can I return my order?
Orders made online can be returned within 14 days of receiving the package. All things bought in our boutiques can be returned within 7 days of the date on the receipt. Please remember that you can only return clothes that have no signs of use that are not damaged and weren’t washed. To make a return contact with us via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know about that. Then you only need to fill out the return form. You can find HERE and include it in the package with the receipt. If you lost the receipt contact us at email@example.com. Remember to send the return within 14 days of receiving the package.
2. Can I exchange the goods?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to carry out an exchange without a refund. In order to make an exchange, please send us a return package and re-order the product you are interested in.
3. Where do I send the return package?

or return it in person in our boutique at Mysia 3 in Warsaw .If you’re sending the package please keep the tracking number, it may be needed in case of an issue with delivery.
4. Can I send a package by post?
If you send a parcel by post, please make sure that it will be directly delivered to our workshop, remember to keep the shipping confirmation from your post office, it will be useful in case of problems with the shipment. Parcels delivered to the post office and we receive a notification, the parcel will not be collected.
5. Can I return my online order by InPost Parcel Locker?
Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility to pick up your package from Parcel Locker. Please, send your return to: Grochowska 301/305, 03-842 Warsaw.
6. Do you refund the shipping cost?
In case of a return the shipping cost to us is on your side.
7. When will I receive the refund?
We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your package. If you don’t get your money during that time please contact us. The refund is made with the same method you paid. If we don’t accept your return we will let you know by email. For returns in EUR made by bank transfer please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org when sending the package.
8. Can my return be declined?
Unfortunately yes, if the clothes look used, washed or damaged or if the package was sent later than 14 days of you receiving it or 7 days when bought in the boutique.
