Pre-order

- Pre-order applies to Plater dresses and Amare sweaters in all colors

- The pre-order happens from 02.04.2021 to 12.04.2021

- Pre-ordered products will be shipped after 12.04.2021

- If the order includes pre-order products and regular collection items, the order will be shipped when completed, after 12.04.2021, partial shipment is not possible

- For pre-orders, the order preparation time may exceed 4 business days and is dictated by the order queue

- To exchange a pre-order product, please return it to us and place a new order with the obligation to pay. This is the only way to "exchange" your dress for another

- Pre-order products can be returned to our warehouse (20 Matuszewska Street/ entrance D (2nd floor) 03-876, Warsaw), or directly to one of our boutiques (Mysia 3 or Elektrownia Powiśle) within 14 days of receiving the package to receive a refund

- Pre-order only applies in the online store
