1. When will you ship my order?
The ordered goods are shipped within 4 working days after the payment is received (does not apply to pre-order products). In case of a delay in your order, we will let you know by email. Due to the service works in our warehouse, from May 19 to May 24, 2021, there will be a break in the shipment of orders. Therefore, orders placed during this period will have an extended lead time. The period of service work is not included in the 4 working days for the shipment of the order.
2. Is it possible to speed up or delay the shipping of my order?
Of course, we will try to send the order as soon as possible and take into your individual requests. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery date.
3. Do you ship abroad?
Yes, Elementy delivers orders to almost every country. When placing your order choose the right country. If you can’t find your country in delivery options contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We remind you that the shipping cost can change depending on the destination country.
4. Do you ship to Switzeland?
Yes, it’s possible to make an order to Switzerland, please contact us at email@example.com.
5. What is the shipping cost?
Paczka w Ruchu - delivery is free for orders with a value from 50 PLN. The cost of delivery of other domestic shipments is PLN 7.
Inpost Courier - delivery is free for orders with a value from 600 PLN. The cost of delivery of other domestic shipments is 12 PLN.
Inpost paczkomaty 24 - delivery is free for orders with a value from 600 PLN. The cost of delivery of other domestic shipments is 12 PLN.
Shipping to other European Union countries is free from 50 euros. Shipping cost for orders below that is calculated at the end of your order. For deliveries outside of the EU contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
6. When will my package be delivered?
Delivery of courier and parcel lockers from the moment of dispatch usually takes no more than 1 business day. Delivery of a "Paczka w ruchu" parcel to the collection point may take 2-3 business days.. In the case of international shipments, the delivery time depends on the country of delivery. You will receive a tracking number with your order.
7. Will I receive a receipt with my order?
Of course, we send a receipt with every order. Please keep it in case you want to make a return/exchange or file a complaint.
8. Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, when placing an order choose in person in our store at Mysia 3 or in Elektrownia Powiśle in Warsaw. You will be informed by email when your order is ready.
9. Can I pay for my order at the pickup?
Unfortunately no, all online orders must be paid when placed.
10. Which courier company do you use to ship your orders?
Orders in Poland are delivered by InPost and RUCH. Foreign orders are delivered by DPD.
11. Can I pay in EUR/PLN for my order?
The payment currency depends on the order destination. Orders shipped to Poland are calculated in PLN, all other orders shipped within the EU are calculated in EUR. For orders outside if EU the shipping is calculated individually. Unfortunately it is not possible to place an order with the payment in a different currency.
