Designer

We are looking for someone who understands fashion not only as aesthetics, but also as responsible design — with attention to form, proportions, materials, and detail. Someone who wants to co-create women’s and men’s collections that are timeless, refined, and aligned with the idea of conscious fashion.
Your responsibilities
- Designing garments in line with the brand’s aesthetics and DNA
- Co-creating women’s and men’s collections from concept to final product
- Preparing design documentation and product descriptions
- Collaborating with pattern makers and garment technologists during product development
- Selecting fabrics, knits, and finishing details
- Participating in fittings and refining product details
- Monitoring trends and translating them into the brand’s cohesive aesthetic
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in designing both women’s and men’s apparel
- Understands the collection development process from sketch to finished product
- Can think both aesthetically and functionally
- Appreciates minimalist aesthetics and premium quality standards
- Is independent and responsible
- Works collaboratively with both the team and production partners
- Is interested in conscious fashion and a responsible approach to design
