1. How can I return my order?
To make a return, please contact us first and let us know by sending an email with your order number to email@example.com. Then, all you have to do is fill out the return form (it can be a handwritten form), which you can download HERE, include it in the package with the receipt (it can be a copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase) and send it to our warehouse (Elementy Wear sp. z o.o. 20 Matuszewska street / entrance D (2 floor) 03-876, Warsaw, Poland).
A package without a return form is a package that is difficult for us to identify. Due to the limited possibility of identifying such a parcel, the 14-day refund period will not apply.
Please return only clothes that have no signs of use that are not damaged and weren't washed.
2. Can I return items from the outlet and relove?
In the case of items from the "outlet" and "relove" categories purchased online, the same deadline and procedure for return apply as for the entire collection. For stationary purchases, these items are non-refundable.
3. How much time do I have to return the order?
If you ordered online, inform us about your return by an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 days from the date of delivery, and send us a package within the next 14 days. All things bought in our boutiques at Mysia 3 or Elektrownia Powiśle can be returned within 7 days of the date on the receipt.
4. Can I exchange the goods?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to carry out an exchange without a refund. In order to make an exchange, please send us a return package and re-order the product you are interested in.

or return it in person in our boutique at Mysia 3 or in Elektrownia Powiśle in Warsaw. If you’re sending the package please keep the tracking number, it may be needed in case of an issue with delivery.

We are not responsible for the packages sent to a different address. Returns not delivered on time will not be processed.
6. Can I send items from different orders in one package? Do I have to ship them in the original packaging?
We do not require the order to be shipped in its original packaging. It is also possible to send several orders in one package, please fill out separate return forms for each order.
7. Can I send a package by post?
If you send a parcel by post, please make sure that it will be directly delivered to our warehouse, remember to keep the shipping confirmation from your post office, it will be useful in case of problems with the shipment. Send the return as a parcel, not as a letter. Parcels that were delivered to the post office and advised might not be picked up.
8. Can I return my online order by InPost Parcel Locker?
Unfortunately, we are not able to collect the return from a parcel locker or other collection point (eg Paczka Orlen). However, you can send a parcel in a parcel locker, which will later be delivered to us by a courier to the address of our warehouse: 20 Matuszewska street / entrance D (2 floor) 03-876, Warsaw, Poland.
9. Can I return the goods in person at the boutique?
Yes, the order can be returned in a boutique in Mysia3 or in a boutique in Elektrownia Powiśle. Please attach the proof of purchase and the return form. When you make a return in a boutique, it is tantamount to accepting it, we will refund your money within 14 days.
10. Do you refund the shipping cost?
If you are returning all products from your order, we will refund the entire cost of the order, including shipping from us to you. If you are returning a part of the order, we will only reimburse you for the returned products. In all cases, the cost of return shipping to us is paid by you.
11. When will I receive the refund?
We will refund your payment within 14 days from the date of the return notification or, in the absence of a notification, from the date the parcel is delivered to us. If you do not receive a refund within this time, please contact us. The form of refund depends on the payment method selected when placing the order. In the event that we do not accept the return, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. In the case of foreign payment by bank transfer, please send us the account number and BIC / SWIFT to the e-mail address: email@example.com.
